HW Dynamics was founded in 2022 by President James Lei in a 300 sqft garage in Westminster, Maryland. In August 2025, the company expanded into 1,000 sqft of industrial space on Green Street — adding capacity for office, manufacturing, engineering, and shipping operations.

Our Westminster facility houses office, manufacturing, engineering, and shipping/receiving — all in one space. The expansion has let us take on larger builds while keeping everything under one roof.
