HW Dynamics ("we," "us") operates the website at hwdynamics.com. This policy describes what information we collect from visitors and how we use it. We do not sell your data, and we collect as little as we can while still running the site.

Contact form: When you fill out our contact form we collect your name, email address, optional company name, and the message you send. We use this information only to reply to your inquiry.

Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. GA4 anonymizes IP addresses and collects aggregate behavioral data (pages viewed, referring site, device type). We do not receive personally identifying information from this analytics data.

Cookies: The site does not set tracking cookies beyond those used by Google Analytics and the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam widget on the contact form. You can block or clear these through your browser settings.

How We Use It

Contact form submissions are delivered to our team at info@hwdynamics.com and used only to respond to your inquiry. Analytics data is reviewed in aggregate to understand what content visitors find useful. We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties.

Your Rights

If you've contacted us and want your information removed from our records, email info@hwdynamics.com with the request and we'll delete the associated messages within 30 days.
